12 Umoor
Having proposed the framework at Dar-es-Salaam in the year 1438H, al-Dai al-Ajal Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS has divided the matters of the Jamaat into 12 Umoor. This is to streamline the development of every Jamaat in key aspects, while ensuring that every Mouze has a pool of khidmatguzars who are both dedicated and specialised in their line of khidmat.
Every Mumin is encouraged to be an integral part of the 12 Umoor system. Being a part of the Jamaat, of the community, is essential to being a Mumin. In fact, Rasulullah SAW has stated that "Allah's TA hand is over the Jamaat." While being a member of a community does mean putting the preferences of the whole over individual interests, it also means that the individual too, equally benefits from the community.
The 12 Umoor system aims to make khidmat accessible to every Mumin, Muminah, and their children, and gives them a platform to contribute with their skills and interests.
